For any study that is conducted all over the world, time zones are a substantial obstacle for a smooth project management. The best way to overcome time zone clashes is to have local project management in regions with time zones that do not coincide with your daily routine. For studies performed in Europe, we will name a project manager, who is able to get in touch with you at times suitable to your time zone and ours to report on the progress of the study, discuss open issues and exchange current topics with you.
